Shortly after the Helmet Law Protest on September 23, 1974 (the one in Custom Chopper)  Nick Barone of the Connecticut State Police told Rogue that he was going to get him even if he had to set him up.

 Barone and his buddies continued to Harass Rogue and even arrested him on Numerous Bogus Charges, all of which he beat in Court. That is the way they fought people putting on Helmet Law Protests or otherwise complaining how the state was run.
